Qatar Academy Home Page

Qatar Academy is a private, non-profit, educational institution founded in 1996 by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.

The Academy is located on a magnificent campus in Doha. The Senior and Primary Schools occupy two modern, purpose-built buildings, having facilities that compete with the very best in the world.

Qatar Academy is fully accredited by the U.S.-based New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Council of International Schools.

Qatar Foundation to establish music academy to celebrate Arabic and European traditions

Orchestra to play inaugural concert on 29th October 2008 . 101-member orchestra drawn from 31 nations arrives in Doha in August . On Tuesday, June 05, Grade 12 students of Qatar Academy received their High School Diplomas in the graduation ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel.
