FEE STRUCTURE
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2008-2009
| Preschool 3-4 | QR 13524 per year |
| Kindergarten - Grade 5 | QR 19365 per year |
| Grades 6-10 | QR 29397 per year |
| Grades 11-12 | QR 36496 per year |
- Fees include tuition, stationery and the loan of textbooks
- Students enrolled in the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12 will be invoiced for instructional materials
- Lunches and snacks are not included in the tuition fees
FEE REGULATIONS
1. There is a non-refundable QR250/- application fee for each student who registers for admission to Qatar Academy. The application fee must accompany the application form.
2. There is an additional non-refundable QR2,000/- registration fee payment for each student, when parents accept an offer of a place.
3. Tuition fees for any school term are not refundable after 10 school days.
4. Tuition fees are invoiced as three equal payments to be paid before the beginning of the term
- If a student is admitted in the first half of a term, a full term's tuition fees will be charged.
- If a student is admitted in the second half of a term, half the term's fees will be charged.
5. If a student withdraws after 10 days of the school start, tuition will have to be paid in full for the whole term
6. No portion of the tuition will be refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion
7. Text books and activity/field trips fees are non-refundable
